To register a student for Sterling High School
athletics and activities, please complete the following steps:
STEP 1:
Sterling High School uses online activity registration with RSchool. Online registration must be completed each season. If you are a NEW user, please follow the RSchool Registration Instructions for New Users. If you are a RETURNING user, please follow the RSchool Registration Instructions for Returning Users. When you are ready to begin registering your student, please use this link: Online Activity Registration
STEP 2:
Athletics Physical Forms must be completed each year: Physical Forms
STEP 3:
The Health History Update Form must be completed each season for returning students: Health History Update. A student must have completed RSchool activity registration for a previous season to fill out a Health History Update.
