The Wellness Committee has developed the following Activities available to All students. 

U-Knighted by Wellness after school activities starting at 2:30 right after school!  Spots are limited, must sign up to attend.  sign up here

  • Wellness & Workout, Wednesday before school 6:30am Weight Room- Improve physical wellness by utilizing strength training and cardio to improve overall well-being
  • Gratitude Journaling, Wednesday after school 2:30pm Room 212- Focus attention on the positive things in life. Students will write things that they are grateful for and reflect on the good. Learn to rewire brain and thought process to focus on positive aspects of life and build resiliency.
  • Jewelry Making, Wednesday after school 2:30pm Room 215- Make beaded necklaces and friendship bracelets. Learn to relax and create individual designs.
  • Culinary & Gardening, Every other Wednesday after school, 2:30pm (beginning 2/23) Room 2- Understand the benefits of food and nutrition and focus on the benefits of food and its connections to the mind and body.
  • Cooking & Baking, Every other Wednesday after school, 2:30pm (beginning 4/13) Room 2- Channel your creative energy into baking and use professional techniques to create something beautiful and delicious.
  • Crafting with Intent, Wednesday after school 2:30pm Room 107- Students will discuss setting intentions to create happiness, set goals, problem solve, and envision future outcomes of their lives. Crafts will include vision boards, journals, sketchbooks, recipes of gratitude, affirmation jars, and more.
  • Wellness with Art, Wednesday after school 2:30pm Room 116- Work the therapeutic power of clay. Students will focus on mindfulness, relaxation, artistic expression, and stress relief.
  • Knitting & Crochet, Thursday after school 2:30pm Media Center- Students will craft themselves calm through knitting and crochet. Crafts are repetitive so students will relax and focus while doing them.
